Social Media Marketing for Business 5 Week Training

This 5 week training course will teach you how to use social media for business effectively to raise your online visibility and establish your credibility and reputation. It is for those who perhaps have had a go at using social media to market their business and want to improve, upskill and learn how to be able to generate helpful, on-brand content consistently in order to boost their online visibility and establish credibility. We’ll mainly focus on Facebook pages, Twitter and Instagram with Hootsuite and Tweetdeck as the scheduling tools.

Please note that this is aimed at beginners and those who have perhaps just started using social media for business and are not sure how to make the most of these free marketing tools.

The workshop will cover important and useful SEO (search engine optimisation) activities that can be done by business owners who have websites or employees that are tasked with taking care of the company website as part of their role. The aim of this workshop is to inform website owners about the actions they can take to improve their SEO and in turn, improve their search results rankings. We will explain how to carry out these tasks and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
