Once upon a time, we were two freelancers with complementary skills who often worked on client projects together. We delivered some great work and knew we could be delivering even better work as a permanent team. So, we decided to come together to create a design and marketing company that we could be proud of. We wanted to deliver cohesive, effective creative services in a friendly, personal way. We wanted to defy agency stereotypes and exceed client expectations. We wanted to be successful and profitable while still maintaining our work-family life balance, as that’s crucial for us. However, it was challenging to enter a crowded marketplace without lots of cash.
So we set up our collaborative initiatives, including our drop-in help hubs and our annual ShakeToCreate competition to set us apart. Now, our clients continue to love the fantastic results they get from working with us on their design, web, marketing, PR and SEO projects. We love what we do and our clients love our work. They put their trust in us time and time again to do a great job for them. And our story continues to evolve. We are becoming a more purpose driven company and working with organisations on all aspects of their marketing with a flexible and friendly approach.

Meg Fenn, BA., MA Design Studies
Meg has a background in fine art and has been a web and graphic designer for 18 years. Meg is skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, WordPress, CSS and other web platforms, applications and the technical aspect of web design. A regular event speaker, she has spoken at the WordPress conferences WordCamp London and Brighton, for the Princes Trust Brighton and Hampshire and has been a main stage speaker at Brighton SEO. Meg is also on the board of WorthingDigital. A problem solver and a fan of collaboration, Meg is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals.

Rachael Dines, DipM MCIM Chartered Marketer
Rachael has a background in marketing and PR and has 17 years experience covering both in-house and agency-side marketing. Rachael is an advisor for Enterprise Nation and a mentor for CIM studying members. She is trained in digital and traditional marketing, PR, copywriting, social media and SEO. A regular event speaker, Rachael has spoken at Enterprise Nation events, WordCamp London, for the Princes Trust Brighton and Hampshire, Brighton SEO and on the LBC Radio Clive Bull Business Show. Rachael enjoys the variety her work brings and helping businesses grow through their marketing activities.
