Refund and Returns Policy

At Shake it Up Creative, we are committed to providing high-quality services to meet your needs.

If you are unhappy with the service provided, you must inform us in writing via our email howdy@shakeitupcreative.com. This must be done within 3 working days of the service completion / delivery and include a clear explanation of the issue and any supporting details.

It must be noted that as our products are services and not physical goods, we do not offer a return or refund policy. Services, once delivered, cannot be returned.  In cases where the service does not meet your expectations, we are happy to discuss a discounted replacement service provision. This will be subject to the nature of the original issue and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
